This agreement (“Agreement”) between You and Bronco Student Services, LLC. (“BSS”) consists of the Bronco Students Services Storage Standard Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). A description of the Storage Service is available at the BSS Storage URL, located at http://www.broncoss.com/storage, or such other URL as BSS may provide from time to time.
If the box appears to be damaged or not sustainable enough for Storage, You will either have to produce a box in better condition or use a BSS box. All boxes and items must be paid in full. Glassware, Mirrors, and easily breakable materials are not recommended to store since they will not be covered for. If you have items that are not mentioned in the miscellaneous pricing they must placed in a box.

The Storage containers BSS uses are 5’ wide by 7’ tall by 8’ long. As long you do not have a single storage item that is larger than these dimensions, you will be fine. BSS will have multiple containers there is no limit in how many items you may store. As long as the box or item can be carried and loaded to the Storage container, this will be accepted. BSS will not accept extremely heavy items. If two people can’t lift it up together, then it is too heavy.
Early Pick Ups will be available for these specific dates September 11th through September 14th. In order to sign up for Early Pick Up, all You have to do is select the specific date at the time You drop off Your storage items. BSS will then contact you to arrange a time to meet a BSS representative at the specific date you requested. You will be given the address of the Storage facility BSS uses and You will be expected to pick up Your items from the Storage facility. You must provide transportation for getting Your items from the Storage facility to Your desired location. The BSS representative will help You retrieve Your items and load them into Your vehicle. Once Your items leave the Storage facility, BSS is excluded of any responsibility to the condition of Your items. If Your items are damaged, BSS will only reimburse the damage if it covers the “Coverage of Damaged Stored Item(s)” section of the Terms and Conditions that can be found below.
Items that are not Picked Up will be returned to the Storage facility. You will be contacted by BSS. You will have to arrange a time to meet a BSS representative and Pick Up Your items from the Storage facility. You will not be charged an additional fee as long as You pick up Your items within five days of Your scheduled Pick Up date. If You exceed the five day Pick Up time, You will be held accountable for the prices of longer Storage. If You refuse to Pick Up Your items and pay for the additional Storage costs, BSS will claim Your items, in order to pay off the expenses.
All major Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full by the time that BSS collects Your items for Storage. If You incur late fees or balance is not paid, all goods remain the property of BSS until paid for in full.
You agree that all questions, comments, and issues about the Storage service, should be addressed to directly with BSS.
Although we take great care with all items, accidents do happen. Bronco Student Services’s liability is strictly limited, BSS will not process any payment for damages that is less than or equal to $200 per Customer. If the damages exceed $200, BSS will pay damages of up to $1000 per Customer minus the $200 deduction. BSS expressly disclaims any liability in excess of $1000 per Customer. If there is an incident regarding damaged items, BSS will investigate the matter and make sure that You did not violate the Terms and Conditions. If You did not violate the Conditions and if it was clearly BSS’s fault, BSS will provide for repair to damaged items and recovery for loss of items. This is based on the actual cash value of the items at the time of loss or damage (i.e., the depreciated value).
BSS will not provide coverage for easily breakable items, such as glassware and mirrors. BSS will also not provide coverage for irreplaceable and sentimental items including: Airline tickets, birth certificates, checkbooks, computers, deeds, electronics, evidences of debt, family photos, fine art, jewels / jewelry, laptops, medicine, personal CDs / DVDs / video tapes, personal papers, precious metals, rare or historical items, school papers and records, stamp and coin collections, valuable documents, money or securities.
If you purchase our delivery service, in which we come to your location and pick up your items, you (the customer) must be present while the service is completed. This is to make sure that all items are correctly picked up and charged for. Liability with your items is not transferred to BSS until a BSS employee has picked up your items, and you have completed the checkout process. You'll have completed the checkout process once your payment method has been charged, and you have received a receipt.
Insurance for Storage Items can be purchased through BSS at a cost of $1/month per Standard Box and $2/per month per Large Box or Bulk Item. Any item additionally insured must be clearly indicated on the Label of the Box or Bulk Item at the time the insurance is purchased. BSS will allows Customers to purchase Insurance for Storage items up 7 days after collection. After 7 days, Customers will not be able to opt into the program.
The Storage Insurance Option waives the $200 deductible mentioned in “Coverage of Damaged Stored Item(s)” section of the Terms and Conditions. The Storage Insurance Option provides coverage for mirrors and glassware as well. The $1000 limit per Customer remains. Items damaged will be refunded based on the actual cash value of the items at the time of loss or damage (i.e., the depreciated value). Customer has the option to insure all Storage items or individual Storage items. Damage to items that were not insured will not be covered and will be applied to the normal $200 deductible found in the “Coverage of Damaged Stored Item(s)” section above.
Refunding of the Service may only occur before BSS collects Your items. If You register with our service before our scheduled Pick Up days, You will not be reimbursed the non-refundable $20 registration fee. Once BSS has collected Your items, You may terminate/cancel the BSS service but You will not be refunded for any amount. You will have to arrange a time to meet a BSS representative and pick up Your items from the Storage facility. You must provide transportation for getting Your items from the Storage facility to Your desired location. The BSS representative will help You retrieve Your items and load them into Your vehicle. Once Your items leave the Storage facility, BSS is excluded of any responsibility to the condition of Your items. If Your items are damaged, BSS will only reimburse the damage if it covers the “Coverage of Damaged Stored Item(s)” section of the Terms and Conditions that can be found above.
BSS reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of our service will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these Terms. If there are any changes to these conditions, notification by e-mail will be made to those affected by this change. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
