This agreement ("Agreement") between You and Bronco Student Services, LLC. ("BSS") consists of the Bronco Students Services Laundry Standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). A description of the Laundry Service is available at the BSS Laundry URL, located at http://www.broncoss.com/laundry, or such other URL as BSS may provide from time to time. Other useful information on the Laundry Service may be found at the FAQ URL, located at http://www.broncoss.com/faq, or such other URL as BSS may provide from time to time.
You will receive one 22” x 28” laundry bag at the beginning of the quarter. One bag is given per school year. Each additional bag will cost $20 unless if it was damage by a BSS member. Each bag will be labeled with the Your whole name, dorm, and room number which will be written directly onto the bag with permanent marker.
When Your bag is dropped off to Your dorm room, it will include a scheduled of which day of the week and the location where You must drop off Your bag. Each drop off location will be located on the first floor of Your dorm and will be labeled. You must have Your bag ready at the drop off location of Your dorm by 8:00 AM on Your scheduled date. The bag will be returned to Your dorm room door the next day.
Bronco Laundry is no longer applying weight limits to our customers' bags. Instead, as long as the customer's bag is able to close and not overflowing, the customer will be charged their anticipated rate with no extra fees. If the loop on the top off the bag is not closed all the way, we will charge an overstuffing fee of $5.
If You miss the 8:00 AM deadline for Your Laundry drop off, You should get in touch with a BSS representative. An arrangement may be made to pick up Your Laundry but there is no guarantee. If Your bag misses Your scheduled date, or is unlabeled, it will not be reimbursed for the week of service.
Cash or Personal Check, plus Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full by the time You expect to use our Laundry service.
You agree to communicate directly to Bronco Student Services, and not to any other business that handles our Services, nor any department or person involved with Santa Clara University.
If You did not violate the terms and conditions and if it was clearly BSS’s fault, BSS will provide for repair to damaged items and recovery for loss of items. If there is an incident regarding damaged or lost items, BSS will investigate the matter and refund up to $300 if insurance is purchased. If insurance is not purchased, alll items will be covered up to $150 with a $50 deductible. Coverage of items is based on the actual cash value of the items at the time of loss or damage (i.e., the depreciated value). For example, a $50 jacket that was purchased over a year ago may not be refunded the full $50 amount. Every scenario will be investigated and settled individually.
We reimburse all customers who decide to cancel the service for any reason the appropriate amount for the remaining quarters of the school year. For example, if You have signed up for quarterly service and wish to cancel the service 6 weeks into the school year, You will be refunded for the entire quarter. Your subscription will be renewed automatically each quater, but if wish to cancel Your service, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide an address that You wish Your reimbursement check to be sent to.
BSS reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes, we will announce that these changes have been made on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site, notification by e-mail will be made to those affected by this change. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
