This service has been running at Santa Clara University for 20 years. We partner with a professional third party laundromat to wash, dry, and fold your laundry. We have delivered over 10,000 laundry bags professionally washed and folded with no major issues to date.
Each bag is insured up to $300. You'll be reimbursed if something goes missing or gets damaged while getting washed.
Yes, there are coin-operated washers and dryers in each residence hall. Our service is far more convenient and saves you precious time especially as not all buildings have enough washers and dryers.
One person averages about 1 clothing bag and 1 sheets & towels bag per week. If you participate in athletic activities you may need more.
Clothes are washed and folded through a professional third party laundromat. The laundromat uses Costco Kirkland Brand Laundry Detergent and Fabric Softener.

You can put anything that is machine washable into a clothes (shirts, pants, socks, sweaters etc.) with the exception of sheets & towels.

After you sign up, we deliver free laundry bags to each dorm room by September 29th.
Service starts the week of September 30th. We'll provide a schedule of when we come to your specific dorm when we drop off your bag. Laundry service ends the week prior to finals week each school quarter. We do not operate during finals week.
Laundry bags are picked up at 5 PM. Bags are returned by 7 PM the following day. Bags are picked up weekly based on the schedule below.

Wednesdays: Graham, Campisi, Sanfilippo, Casa Italiana, & Sobrato
Yes! If your laundry bag is not closed all the way (with the loop closing 100%) you will be charged an automatic overstuffing fee of $20.
Yes, you can. We refund all customers who decide to cancel the service for any reason based on the remaining weeks left in the school year.
No. Your plan will automatically renew, but you can cancel at any time.
